Policies

We have some new policies in place that will be in place for the foreseeable future and we will be implementing them immediately and will be strict with them to protect you and our families! Please read the policies to be prepared for your next appointment:
 

  • Please respectfully reschedule your appointments if you have been exposed to COVID or if anyone in your family is not feeling well with any type of bug! We are trying to keep an extremely clean and healthy environment for our clients and our staff!

  • We have a late policy for appointments! If you arrive 15 minutes late (or close to) your appointment is forfeited and you will be charged for 50% of your service total. For any appointment 30 min or shorter the policy is 10 minutes. This policy is in place because beyond that we will not have the time to give you your full service and we do our very best to stay prompt and on time for all of our appointments. If we are running behind for any reason we will do our best to keep you informed.

  • The Teton Valley mask mandates have ended but we want our clients to feel completely comfortable at their appointment so if you feel best having everyone in the salon in masks we will be HAPPY to comply! Please simply text your service provider before your appointment letting them know and we will without an hesitation have everyone masked upon your arrival! 

  • Our waiting room is still closed until further notice! Please wait in your car and TEXT YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER when you arrive so we know you are here and waiting! Numbers are posted on the front door! 

  • Please don't bring anyone with you to your appointment unless they are waiting in the car. We will not allow anyone other than the person getting their service done in the salon. 

  • We are not accepting any walk-in appointments this summer! If you are looking to book an appointment please do so online or contact the service provider you are looking to book with! 

  • We would like to make payments as contact-less as possible. If you have Venmo, that is going to be the very best option! If you don't we will still accept card payments or cash! 

Please remember that these policies are being put into place to protect YOU, your families, as well as us an ours! We wish just as much as you that we wouldn't have to live this way but hopefully its temporary and we can be back to normal before we know it!
